How to track my order?
To track your order with Embirly, simply enter the tracking number we’ve provided on our Track page. Please note that it may take 1-6 business days for your order status to appear after receiving your tracking number.

How to return my order?
To return your order or parts of it, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Contact us at support@embirly.com and let us know you wish to return your order or part of it.
- Request Approval: Ask our customer service team if your return can be accepted. Please note that the return address is provided directly by our team and is not listed on our website.
- Prepare the Package: If your return is approved within the allowed timeframe, pack the product safely in its original packaging.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Provide Tracking Information: Email the tracking code to our customer service. This step is very important—without it, we cannot process your refund.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your package (within 3 days of receipt), we will refund the returned products using your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
