1. Modification and Cancellation of Order
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, we begin processing and can no longer modify or cancel it.
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1. Returns
We stand behind every product we sell. That’s why Embirly offers a 30-day return or free replacement policy, starting from the day your order is delivered, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unopened and unused to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

It must be shipped back with a tracking number directly to one of our designated warehouses.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns sent to intermediary facilities (not Embirly-authorized warehouses) are not eligible for refunds.

If approved, we’ll send you the return address and detailed instructions.
Do not send returns without approval — they will not be accepted.
2.2. Refund
Lost package:
If your package is lost during transit, we will either re-dispatch your items or provide a full refund.
However, Embirly does not take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address information.
Stolen order:
If your order has been stolen, we offer two options:

Reshipment (a reshipment fee may apply).

Partial refund (please contact Customer Support to initiate the process).
Unsatisfied:
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or free upgrade.

This program applies to verified customers who have completed the full 90-day usage.
To qualify for this guarantee, customers must meet the following criteria:

Devices must be used daily for 90 consecutive days, following all product guidelines.

A verifiable proof of consistent use (photos, receipts, or usage log) is required.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days after the 90-day period.
This guarantee is designed to protect genuine users and maintain the integrity of our program.
3. Free Replacements
If something isn’t right — defective item, damaged in transit, or missing any parts — just email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We’ll send you a free replacement.
Limitation: Our after-sales service applies only once per order.
